Adventure Girlz is a leadership program for Black girls in New York and South Carolina. The program also provides learning spaces for educators and advocates who aim to support Black girls' overall social, emotional, and academic success.
AG approached PLAVADESIGN with a need for a logo design and stationery. They asked for a very specific design that applies to female audience with feel for adventure & outdoors.
PLAVADESIGN Studio came up with the following logo design using negative space emphasizing female presence and sence of adventure.
PLAVADESIGN Studio also designed the needed stationery and a set of T-shirt designs for AG's upcoming event which involved sailing and outdoor adventure.

Made4Muzic is an open music program for students ages 7-15 taught by some of the most prestigious instructors in Corral Springs School in Florida, USA.
They hired PLAVADESIGN to design a modern website and an eye-catching logo design. They wanted a logo that radiates, feels and mean learning, music and fun.
PLAVADESIGN came up with the following logo design, the vibrant website design and all the musical graphics & visual quotes.
CMB is an event planing company and they wanted a logo that reflects their excellent to choice of event locations. Bold and thick design was created to express their strong beliefs in traditional values and family importance.
For this project PLAVADESIGN started with an idea of one of the first luxurious event locations, old castles, and created this logo design.

Byrd's Eye needed re-branding and we worked together on a design solution that speaks about their "personality".
Identity design was created around the professional service that BE offers, its focus client's needs, great attention to detail and the slogan "We See Opportunity That Others Do Not".

We worked with Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE) and designed set of posters and flyers for the Speaking Series "Alternative Globalizations".
Our designs were used for promotional purposes for the following lectures: "International Higher Education and Disability" , "Wind Energy and Native Histories" & "The Fruits of Unity"...
POSTER & T-SHIRT DESIGN
SERBIA CUP is a mountain bike racing event that takes place in Sokobanja in Serbia every fall. Sponsored by BK Gorski and Biciklisticki Savez Srbije it's a developing event with growing popularity among young biking competitors and fans.
PLAVADESIGN created the following poster and tshirt designs for this event which took place in September 2015.

Leader's Salon approached PLAVADESIGN Studio in 2013 with a great need for identity design for their small business in Beijing, China. Leader's Salon is one of a very few successful business who serve broader range of customers such as Asian, White and African. Their barbers have great expertise in cutting African American and Arabic/Middle Eastern hair unlike many of their competitors.
This client wanted identity design that would speak to his audience and create a look that would make them stand out on the market.
Clean look, cutting edges and bold type were used for their logo design. Client was very pleased with the friendly looking logo PLAVADESIGN has created. Capital bold letter "L" with a cut at the top stands for the Leader's Salon's customer who gets a great, neat haircut with nice fades and razor sharp all over edging. We worked closely with the ALANA (the African, Latin, Asian, Native American Alliance) student organization to create the ALANA ANTHOLOGY BOOK.
ALANA ANTHOLOGY is an annual edition published by the ALANA Student Organization at Harvard University. This book is a collection of their most creative poems, essays, illustrations... etc.
ALANA promotes community, dialogue, critical reflection and action to expand and bolster multiculturalism and we were very happy to have had the opportunity to work with them.
Foreigner Friendly is a community of world wide expats.
Our client needed a logo design that evokes friendly feelings and sense of adventure.
CUSTOM TYPEFACE / NATIVE AMERICAN STAR DESIGN / POSTERS / T-SHIRT DESIGN
We worked closely with HUNAP (Harvard University Native American Program) in 2013 and developed the following:
Type for the "Harvard Powwow" & the design for the Native American Star both used on the poster we designed to promote the event.
For the annual Powwow Event at Harvard University we also designed appropriateTshirts for the staff members (red color) and the visitors (in black color). Needless to say, the Thsirts were all sold out.
LOGO DESIGN / BUSINESS CARDS
Six Star Observer is a local Native American Newspaper from North Dakota. In need for a logo they approached PLAVADESIGN and asked for a design that unites their 6 Native American Tribes and portrays their values - wisdom, knowledge and social awareness.
White Owl as a messenger and symbol of wisdom, foresight and knowledge was a concept that PLAVADESIGN came up with for this project. 6 stars grouped in a circle symbolize unity of the tribes.
PLAVADESIGN created this logo design for the client Life Coach Network, LLC. The design stands for a tight network of professionals in the Life-coaching business, their organizational flexibility, and vast experience in the field.
Their slogan "We SEE BEYOND THE OBVIOUS" shapes the logo into the grid area with negative space for the "LCN" in it.
